1. Introduction

This Customer Purchase and Return Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all purchases made through Embellish Me Gorgeous LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order with us, you, the customer (“Customer” or “you”), agree to the following terms and conditions related to our handmade miniature dresses, corsets, and accessories (“Products”).

2. Product Information

· All items are handcrafted. Slight variations in color, paper, fabric, or detailing may occur, adding to the uniqueness of each piece.

· Product descriptions, dimensions, and photos are provided to the best of our ability, but due to the handmade nature, minor deviations may occur.

3. Orders and Acceptance

· Orders are accepted via our official website [www.embellishmegorgeous.com].

· An order confirmation will be sent once your order is placed.

• We reserve the right to refuse or      cancel any order due to stock limitations, errors in product or pricing      information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing and Payment

· All prices are listed in USD.

· Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept [e.g., major credit cards and PayPal].

• Sales tax will be applied where      applicable.
• All custom orders or special      requests may incur additional fees and require full upfront payment.

5. Production Time and Shipping for Stock Items

· Please allow [2-4 business days] for order processing before shipping, unless otherwise stated.

· Shipping times vary based on destination. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

• Shipping fees are calculated at      checkout and include tracking where available. Free shipping will be noted      on product.

6. No Returns and Exchanges

· All sales are final. Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our items, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. Cancellations are accepted within two (2) hours of purchase.

After this timeframe, all orders are considered final and will be processed as scheduled.

· Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to request a cancellation within the two (2-) hour window, contact us immediately.

· If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

• Approved cases may result in a      replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

7. Custom Orders

· We welcome custom miniature dress or corset orders. Please contact us directly to inquire if material is available for a custom order.

· Processing time is estimated at 7-14 business days depending on material availability.

• Custom orders must be paid in      full before production begins.
• No refunds, cancellations, or changes      are accepted once a custom order has been confirmed and production has      started.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Embellish Me Gorgeous LLC. No part of our content may be reproduced or used without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Embellish Me Gorgeous LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina United States.
