1. Introduction
This Customer Purchase and Return Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all purchases made through Embellish Me Gorgeous LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order with us, you, the customer (“Customer” or “you”), agree to the following terms and conditions related to our handmade miniature dresses, corsets, and accessories (“Products”), including our return policy.
2. Product Information
· All items are handcrafted, and you may notice slight variations in color, paper, fabric, or detailing, which contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.
· Product descriptions, dimensions, and photos are provided to the best of our ability, but due to the handmade nature of our products, minor deviations may occur.
3. Orders and Acceptance

· An order confirmation will be sent once your order is successfully placed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock limitations, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Pricing and Payment

After this timeframe, all orders are considered final and will be processed as scheduled.

· If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Approved cases of damaged items may result in a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
7. Custom Orders
· We welcome custom orders for miniature dresses or corsets. Please reach out to us directly to inquire about material availability for your custom order.
· Processing time for custom orders is estimated at 7-14 business days, depending on material availability.
Custom orders must be paid in full before production begins. Once a custom order has been confirmed and production has started, no refunds, cancellations, or changes are accepted.

All designs, photos, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Embellish Me Gorgeous LLC. No part of our content may be reproduced or used without express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Embellish Me Gorgeous LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
